Congratulations to the following Monmouth College students in Professor Sienkewicz' Elementary Greek 102 class who all earned green ribbons and certificates of commendation for their excellent performance on the 1999 National Greek Exam: Matt Whitehall, Emily Lee, Mark Angelcyk, Kelly Orwig, and Zina Lewis. 869 students from 67 schools throughout the USA and Canada took one of the five exams offered in this contest, which is sponsored annually by the American Classical League.
