Lupini Beans

My brother, Eddie Sienkewicz, got this recipe from his godfather Lou Parisi.

Soak dried beans in water overnight.
Next day boil in salt water for 45 min.-one hour.
For three days change water twice a day.

The beans should be stored in a brine. I added garlic, fresh dill and a little vinegar to the brine and it tasted very good.
