Chili Bean Slaw
Dressing: ½ cup mayonnaise 2-4 Tablespoons fresh lime or lemon juice 1 Tablespoon chili powder 1 teaspoon ground cumin (optional) 1 teaspoon dried oregano Additional salt to taste
6 cups shredded cabbage 1 cup diced bell pepper 1 can red kidney beans drained and rinsed
